Novo Mirus Lake Sonic Burst, Amber Back and Sides P90 Pickups

A Novo Closet Classic build, their lightest relic, and this one came off menu, which is its own kind of bragging if you know what you're looking at. Lake Sonic Burst over swamp ash, amber back and sides, the finish checked and the hardware aged by someone who clearly knew the difference between worn and faked. There's a right way to do this and a wrong way. This is the right way.

Cream binding and guard. A pair of Fralin hum cancelling P90s running into a TonePros bridge and stoptail, which is to say it sounds like trouble in the best sense. Tempered maple neck with a chunky C profile at .880, the kind of neck you forget you're holding. Light, resolved, and quietly confident. Comes with the Novo deluxe padded soft case, because a guitar like this doesn't travel in just anything.
